From Surviving to Thriving

A Warm Welcome!

Taking the first step to get help takes a great deal of courage and strength! Whatever your challenge is that you’re facing currently, there is a solution.

Whether it’s a relationship issue, a career problem, or a health concern, I am here to help. I strongly believe that each one of us possesses inner wisdom that needs to be discovered or re-discovered.

As a therapist, I am here to guide you toward that inner resource of wisdom and resilience that can illuminate your path forward. I also believe in providing practical, supportive guidance and useful tools so that you can achieve your life goals. Helping you to live your “Best Life” and be your “Best Self”, are my goals.

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. Having someone who can see us, hear us, and understand us lightens our burdens. The old saying “a sorrow shared is halved, a joy shared is doubled” rings true.

About Me

As a psychotherapist with over 38 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, I am dedicated to helping people deal with all kinds of life challenges. I specialize in working with trauma, eating disorders, child/adolescent challenges, women’s issues and family related difficulties. Being an immigrant from Greece, I have a particular understanding and sensitivity to the impact of cultural issues. Clients often share that they feel safe, supported and understood in their work with me and learn the important tools they need to help them heal and grow.

Additionally, I specialize in couples dealing with sex addiction and the partners of sex addicts who are suffering from Betrayal Trauma. I lead partner trauma groups and offer workshops for couples dealing with sex addiction and betrayal trauma.

I also lead a women’s personal growth group. In my approach, I integrate IFS (Internal Family Systems), Neuroscience and Trauma, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT and other somatic techniques, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and (PACT) Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy.

I am also a Mother Hunger facilitator and offer groups, intensives and workshops on mother hunger issues for women.

As the Founder and Executive Director of Center for Life Solutions, Inc., a family centered counseling practice, my goal is to offer a team-oriented, state of the art service to families in need.

I am also a member of New England Recovery Associates, a network of sex addiction specialists.
